7 Spa Vilamoura was
design to be an oasis for sensations. Here,
we follow the impulse to leave the urban
life outside, to let ourselves go into
relaxation. To relax, pamper the body,
rebalance both mind and spirit, are standard
practices in 7 Spa Vilamoura, whose vocation
is to provide its clients with a unique
experience in a calm, personalized and
comfortable environment.
Water is the inspirational source, and an element always present, linking the various existing, taking on several and multiple forms. Cascades sliding down either glass walls sending off a thousand reflections or, winding freely, down rough stone walls in a never-ending murmurous movement. The SPA counts with a total area of 2800 m2 offering a full range of services.

Meeting your needs Upon your arrival
at 7 Spa Vilamoura, our Receptionists
will give you some advices for a few
minutes, to ensure that you have the
treatments best suited to your needs.
Please let us know if you have any
health problem. Our Receptionists are
experienced in all treatments and would
be delighted to assist you in planning
your spa programme. You can also delight
yourself with our excellent cuisine, at
your disposal, in our Lounge, prepared
by the famous Chef Koushina, awarded
with two stars in the Michelin guide.
Preparing for your treatment
What to wear There is no need to
bring or wear any special clothing, as
spa wear is provided in your closet (robe,
slippers and towels). Facial gowns are
provided for facials, as well as Spa
shorts, for your privacy. Comfortable
disposable clothing is provided for all
other body treatments and massages.
Privacy Your privacy will
be protected at all times. Your
Therapist will leave the room so that
you can make yourself comfortable, in
total privacy. Throughout the treatment
you will be draped with towels, covering
all parts of the body not being treated.
Ladies will be given the option of
including, or not, the bust area in all
body treatments.
Reservations Advance booking
prior to intend treatment time is
recommended. Please either call or visit
us, if you wish to get advices
concerning your personalised treatment.
Arriving time To make the most of
your spa session, arriving at least 10
minutes before your scheduled
appointment is recommended.
Late arrivals In the event that
you are running late, we will try to
perform your full treatment. However,
please note that the treatment may need
to be shortened, should there be another
booking immediately afterwards.
Spa etiquette To preserve the
harmony within the spa, we thank that
you turn off your mobile phone and
contribute to keep the intended calm
environment.
Minimum age Children under 16
years are not allowed to stay in the spa. Cancellation In consideration of
other spa guests, as your treatment
requires that facilities be reserved, we
request a minimum of 12 hours' notice if
you are unable to keep your appointment.
If so, please call our staff, which will
be happy to reschedule. No shows or
appointments cancelled within 12 hours
will incur a 50 percent cancellation fee.

Hydro-massage Pools After taking a
brief shower, experience the
hydrotherapy circuit. Water and leisure,
together with heated hydro-massage
pools, water jet sprays, relaxation beds
with aquatic massage and aquatonic
routes.
Zen Garden Rest and feel
yourself relaxing in our exclusive Zen
garden. The serenity, the colours, as
herbal essences will help enhancing your
wellness.
Aroma Bath A mild aromatized
sauna, with just a slight humidity level,
prepares the body for the next stages of
treatment. The mildly heat environment
in the Aroma Bath allows for a prolonged
stay, excellent as a relaxing
experience.
Sauna Sauna increases the
blood flow and activates tissue
oxygenation, granting a complete comfort
sensation. Dry scented heat relaxes the muscles and smoothes the skin tissue. Helps removing toxins from the body.
Aroma Steam Bath High humidity and
mild radiance heat are effective to
detoxify and relax. The steam bath
provides both physical and emotional
wellness, being beneficial for the
respiratory system.
Waterfall Experience
Showers Designed to

senses in between sauna and steam bath
